Booking Terms
GENERAL TERMS:

I will not tattoo fingers, hands, necks or faces as your first tattoo

I do not complete tattoos that are bigotry or hateful in nature
-
I do not do genital tattoos
-
I do not do piercings
-
I do not tattoo under 18s
-
I do not tattoo pregnant or breastfeeding people
DEPOSITS:
A deposit is required to confirm all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date, provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.
Deposits can only be transferred to a new date once. Rescheduling a previously rescheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Deposit amounts are determined by the total cost of your tattoo and are outlined below:

Less than $250: $50 deposit

$250 - $500: $100 deposit

More than $500: $200 deposit
In booking an appointment with me you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
I understand that things happen and plans change. I try to remain as flexible as possible, but conditions do apply to protect my time and my business.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me prior to 48hrs before your appointment to ensure I can roll your deposit over to a new date (see above). Any cancellations or rescheduling within 48hrs will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book in again.
Same day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the booking total, and no shows will incur a 100% charge. Please note, you may be unable to rebook with me until payment is made, unless in extenuating circumstances.
TOUCH UPS:
Most tattoos come with a free touch up (see next point). This must be taken within 3 months of the initial appointment. If you have been unable to come back within 3 months for extenuating circumstances (eg. pregnancy, illness etc), please reach out and we can work it out on a case by case basis.
If the tattoo is in an area where ink fallout is to be expected (eg. fingers, feet) there is no free touch ups, however this will always be communicated to you at the initial appointment.
Please note, only the first touch up is free. If your tattoo requires additional touch ups, this will be considered as negligent aftercare and you will be charged a fee.
A touch up is not:

Making all the lines thicker
-
Adding new elements to the design
-
Adding shading to a line work tattoo
-
Cover ups
There is no deposit required to book in your free touch up, however as a courtesy I do ask that you still provide 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule. This is so I have time to reach out to my waitlist and fill your spot with another client.
UNDER 18s:
Please note that from January 2025 I will not be tattooing underage people, including with parental permission. I am happy to refer you to another artist in our studio who will do your tattoo. If you are an existing underage client of mine with an upcoming booking or you need a touch up, please get in touch.
